JBD reserves the right to discontinue the registering of new sub-agents.

BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE:

Like many other websites, our website may use ‘cookies’ from time to time.

Cookies are tiny files of information that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. We may use cookies to enable you to use certain features on our website, store your preferences, recognize you when you return to our website and maintain information about your use of our website. You are granting JBD permission for, if any, cookies to be stored on your device.

MULTIPLE JBD AGENT ACCOUNTS:

JBD allows 1 account per agent. If it is discovered you have created multiple accounts under various email addresses and using the identification number of others (people are NOT actively running the JBD account themselves) these accounts will be removed and any commission received from duplicate accounts created as sub-agents will be reversed and said agent will be added to a watch list. Multiple offenses will seen the agent being removed as an agent.

JBD cannot allow the agents use of other persons Identification numbers, even though they have received consent for this.

ORDER TIME FRAMES: 

All time frames stipulated in our online store are the normal time frames it takes for the product you ordered and delivery, in the unlikely event that any unforeseen delay may occur in manufacture time or order processing time due to very high volumes, including any delays within the courier companies, JBD will not be held liable for any orders not received on time.

DELIVERY METHODS:
We have a total of 4 delivery methods on our website. Collecting (For those sending their own courier for collection). Fastway Courier (1-4 days delivery) and Aramex Courier (overnight – 3 days delivery) and Courier Guy (2-3days). Fastway costs are subject to slight change depending on order size and is limited to main areas subject to the Blue Label Service. Aramex is national delivery with a standard cost.

READY IN STOCK JEWELLERY: 
We ask Agents to allow 1-2 days for processing your order and up to 7-10 working days for the manufacture of your order. At peak Sale times such as January/February and November/December, allow up to 4 days for processing, and 10-12 working days for manufacture, above the stated delivery time for couriers.

Registration Kits can take at least 20 working days until delivery. At peak sale times Standard orders will take priority over Registration Kit orders, which will mean it will take longer for you to receive your parcel.

ACCURACY OF ORDERS: 
JBD will not be held liable for any mistakes made by the customer, such as spelling mistakes, incorrect item ordered, wrong photos uploaded, incorrect/incomplete addresses, duplicated items or incorrect information given by customers when placing your order online. Please ensure all information in your online order is correct as we receive high volumes of emails daily and cannot process any changes to orders sent by emails afterwards.

Please note that the engraving done on our Jewellery is hand engraved and so it may not always look equal or the same as some product images, adding to the uniqueness of each piece of jewellery made.

CHANGES / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO ORDERS: 
Please ensure all information on your order is correct, for any additional information please put in the notes box on the Check Out page before proceeding to the Payfast portal.  Due to very high volumes of emails we are not able to accommodate changes to orders or addresses, or additional information sent by email after your order has been submitted online. If you are not sure where you are going to be staying around the expected time frame, please rather give an address of someone else. JBD  will not be held liable for any changes to orders or addresses sent to us in emails after your online order is submitted.

Please note that 2 different orders cannot be sent in one parcel. The way manufacture produces the jewellery does not enable them to add two different orders to get sent together in one parcel. This would cause massive delays for the rest of the other orders. We suggest waiting to place a large order before placing it online, to carry the cost of delivery OR instead of paying for delivery you select Collection and then when all your orders are ready, you arrange your own courier to collect all of them at once.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or refunds on Personalized / Custom made jewellery if manufacture on these items has already begun.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Every jewellery item is quality inspected before it leaves our office to ensure the highest quality goods are sent out, should any damage or defect be found by fault of JBD, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. A photo of the defect will need to be emailed to us as well as order details such as invoice number. Email will be assessed first and thereafter upon approval from Manufacture a replacement will be shipped off to you at our own cost.
If jewellery has developed a material defect within 3 months after being received which has not been caused by general wear and tear, abuse or from not following proper care instructions. We will repair or replace the items, provided a photo has been emailed to us and it has been accessed and approved by the manufacturer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER: 
Any orders put through that have not been paid for will not get processed and therefore it is not necessary to cancel any unpaid order. Orders for personalized manufactured items can only be cancelled if authorized by admin in the case that the order has already been made in manufacture.

Our store is hosted by Yard8. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.

Engraving done on our Jewellery is hand engraved and so it may not always look equal or the same as some product images, adding to the uniqueness of each piece of jewellery made.If customized Jewellery is referred to as Etched, this notifies the customer such designs are done by machine and not hand engraved.
We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.  Some product images may be enlarged for viewing purposes. 
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. In Addition, if one registers as an Agent with JBD, certain services may provide the possibility of JBD listing your name, email address and province/city on our website/social media platforms as a promotional benefit to you. If this possibility manifests, You will be asked to grant permission before such action is taken.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
