Paying Online via Payfast

Paying online via Payfast is the only way to pay for your order. In order for you to be able to pay online via Payfast, you need either a credit/debit card with a CSV on the back OR online banking. You will need Online banking in order to use the Instant EFT option.

NB* Please note that if you if you have not proceeded through to the Payfast payment page when placing an order and fully completed payment, your order will not be processed and it will be updated as Failed even though you get an invoice number.


We also no longer accept payments made outside of this websites online Payfast Portal.

Instructions on How to Order

You can only order once you have logged in to your JBD account.

Step 1: Once logged in, browse and select the products you are wanting to order by adding them to your ‘Basket’. This button can be found on any product page.

Step 2: Once finished with adding your items to your Basket, click on ‘Cart’ at the top to view your order. Make sure all engraving and items are correct.

Step 3: Once satisfied with order, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. On the Checkout page, enter in the shipping address of where the parcel will be going, and the clients details if the parcel is not going to you as the agent.

Step 4: Below the address fields, select your delivery method. If you do not see Fastway as an option, it means they don’t service your area using the Blue-Bag Service.

Step 5: If you don’t want the invoice going to the client, check the ‘Remove invoice/paper from parcel’ box at the top right.

Step 6: If you have JBD Bucks to use for your order, enter in the amount you want to use in the type box situated beneath the delivery options and click on ‘Apply Discount’. (please note that currently JBD Bucks cannot be used for Delivery). Then agree to website terms & conditions. Proceed to click on ‘Place Order’ to pay.

Step 7: You will then be directed to our online Payfast portal to pay for the order. You can use either a debit/credit card with a CSV number on that back OR the instant EFT option. In order to use the Instant EFT option, online banking is required. Follow the prompts to complete the order.
